Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

How to Return

Contact us via chat or email with your order number. We will arrange a pickup from your address.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return.
